Alt.Estate Group is a financial technology company offering a new solution for real estate tokenization: the Protocol and the Platform. The Protocol consists of smart contracts and legal structure for property ownership, provided in a widget. The Platform is a marketplace for trading property tokens. This is the first project with a working prototype: everyone can purchase tokenized property - in US, Japan and EU - on Alt.Estate platform before participating in the token crowd contribution.
Product’s value is assessed through the real life difficulties and limitations within real estate industry. Product’s functionality and strengths are demonstrated via “Use Cases” - a real-life scenarios. The goal of the project is to make the Protocol an industry standard.
Business plan presented in the White Paper is rather brief, but up to the point. The mission and goals of the project are clearly stated. Market overview includes current state of the industry, limitations and problems for both investors and buyers/sellers.

Marketing research and competitor analysis are well-conducted. The current state of the industry is presented, the needs are addressed. It should be noted that the White Paper includes a very detailed appendix which lists and explains all risks factors. This proves that the team performed thorough research and has a clear vision of the market, including opportunities and threads. There is also a comparison between traditional investing scheme and Alt.Estate one.
